Pathfinder IT and Staffing Solutions Group Inc. ("Pathfinder Solutions Group", "we") is based in Ottawa, Ontario. This policy explains what personal information this website collects, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Contact form. Your name, work email, organization, the service you're interested in, and your message. We use this only to respond to your enquiry.
- Chat assistant. The messages you type, and any name or contact details you choose to share, so the assistant can answer and we can follow up if you ask us to.
- Advertising measurement. If you accept cookies, Google Ads sets cookies that tell us which ads brought visitors to the site and whether they later contacted us. If you decline, no advertising cookies are set.
Service providers
We use a small number of providers to run this site: our web host; Google (Google Workspace for receiving enquiries, Google Ads for measurement, Google Fonts for typography); Cloudflare to host the chat assistant; and Anthropic, whose AI model generates the assistant's replies. These providers may process information outside Canada, including in the United States.
What we don't do
We don't sell personal information, and we don't use it for any purpose other than responding to you and understanding how visitors find us.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and maintain a business relationship, and are deleted on request.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, by emailing info@pathfindersolutionsgroup.com. You can also change your cookie choice at any time.
